Areté Defense Firearms Training, it’s owners, employees, and representatives are not responsible, nor obligated, to determine the eligibility of any individual or their ability to be issued a Texas Concealed Handgun license. Each individual must verify their own eligibility status. NO REFUNDS shall be issued after an individual has completed our training courses even if it is determined that the individual is NOT ELIGIBLE to receive a Texas Concealed Handgun license from the State of Texas.
